Performance Issue on Summary Match Screen and Getting Time Out (Doc ID 1933490.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM), a performance issue is experienced when a search is performed from the Summary Match screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In the Summary Match screen, make sure 'Reviewer' and 'Supplier Number' are blank.
  2. Uncheck the 'Supplier Group' checkbox.
  3. Add the Purchase Order (PO) number in the Receipt and Invoice criteria blocks.
  4. Press the Search button.
  5. Summary Match screen performance is slow and screen eventually times out.
