Resource Limits Information Are Not Saved After Edit For New ACS Customer (Doc ID 1933980.1)

Symptoms

On OCNCC 5.0.1 for a new ACS customer in SMS -> Prepaid Charging -> Service Management ->Resource Limits tab, the edited values for the Maximum Product Types, Maximum Voucher Types, Maximum Rate Types and Maximum Bad Pin are not saved when clicking the Save button.
