Symptoms

Multiple SCADA analog values are not displayed in a consistent order in viewer

When there are multiple SCADA analog values to be displayed in the viewer for a given device (e.g. AMPS_A, AMPS_B, AMPS_C) - the order in which the measurements appear seems to be based on the order in which they are received, rather than a consistent order.

You could see the measurements stacked in any order, e.g.:

AMPS_A
AMPS_B
AMPS_C
or
AMPS_A
AMPS_C
AMPS_B
or
AMPS_B
AMPS_A
AMPS_C
etc...

And if there are other measurements on the device then the AMPS measurements won't even be displayed together most of the time.
