Toggle Call Display on Control Tool Does Not Appear to Be Working (Doc ID 1934251.1)

The Toggle Call Display option from the Control Tool does not appear to be working correctly/seems to have failed.

An Outage/Pole Fire call is placed for a customer on a device using Web Call Entry.  A "PSO" and "PF" symbol is displayed on the customer device.  When the Control Tool is brought up for that device and the Toggle Call Display button pressed, no phone symbol appears next to the device.  What is causing this?
