Symptoms

We are not able to log in to the Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) 14.0.x application when using Active Directory (AD).  The following error occurs:


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set up an ReIM 14 environment using AD.
  2. Try to login to the ReIM application and notice the error: “Could not complete login”
