Authentication Error ("Could Not Complete Login") Occurs When Trying to Log in to ReIM Using Active Directory Authentication

We are not able to log in to the Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) 14.0.x application when using Active Directory (AD). The following error occurs:
Steps to Reproduce:
- Set up an ReIM 14 environment using AD.
- Try to login to the ReIM application and notice the error: “Could not complete login”
