Standard Note Type LOV is not Displayed Until the Note is Saved (Doc ID 1935065.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new Standard Note, when you go to select the LOV (Code Table 91) for TYPE, it does not appear until after you Save the Note.   You then have to go back and update the LOV selection and save it a second time.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Access the Standard Notes module and select the NEW icon
2. Enter a Standard Note ID and description
3. Attempt to enter a value for the TYPE field - LOV button is not displayed
4. Save the record
5. Now go back to the Type field and select a value from the LOV. You can do this without any issues
