Poor Performance of RMS Itemfind Form (Doc ID 1935067.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x, we note very poor performance in the RMS [itemfind] form after upgrading our environment from 13.2.6 to 13.2.8. 


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open and log in to RMS.
  2. Open the Item form.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Enter an Item and select OK.
