ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Arabic Language CCB application, the Adjustment Page Approval Tab is showing a very big font compared with the other tabs.
So that the icon is mismatch on UI level.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All of the tabs should be in the same size and same font.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Arabic CCB system by applying Arabic language pack on Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB).
2. Go to Adjustment Page
3. See that the Adjustment Page Approval Tab is showing a very big font compared with the other tabs.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the tabs mismatch with each other on UI level. The size and font seems strange.
