In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 188.8.131.52, when you run an FTP Process that includes a Prepayment Rule using Prepayment Models, sometimes the Prepayment is not being included in the results. This behavior is inconsistent. The majority of the time, the Prepayment is included and the Transfer Rate is correct. However, at random times, the Prepayment is not included in the calculation, resulting in an incorrect Transfer Rate.
