Transfer Pricing Process Sporadically Does Not Use Prepayment Model Information

In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), when you run an FTP Process that includes a Prepayment Rule using Prepayment Models, sometimes the Prepayment is not being included in the results.  This behavior is inconsistent.  The majority of the time, the Prepayment is included and the Transfer Rate is correct.  However, at random times, the Prepayment is not included in the calculation, resulting in an incorrect Transfer Rate.

For example:

Product = 12345
TP Method = Cash Flow: Zero Discount Factors

When the FTP Process includes the Prepayment, the following Transfer Rates are output:


However, when the Prepayment is not included, the rates are higher:


You do not understand why the FTP process sometimes does not include the Prepayment information.
