Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On Agile e6.1.3.0 GA
Find Java Client used as ECI server for SolidWorks Batch Converter , terminates after ~6 hours with error
 ... No DTV C++ interface available ...
Java Client trace is showing:
 ... Could not open ECI connection: com.agile.eci.ConnectionException: Connection failed ...

 

Eventhough TicketLifeTime is set to "0"  [ means unlimmitted ]

in the application specific config file ... in IPC section

  WINDOWS: %ep_root%\init\<application-name>.xml

  UNIX: $ep_root/init/<application-name>.xml
