Symptoms

When a transfer is loaded from an external system via the RMS API, the system updates ITEM_LOC_SOH.LAST_UPDATE_DATETIME with the value of VDATE instead of the SYSDATE timestamp.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Note the VDATE in RMS.
  2. Create an externally generated (EG) transfer using rib-script.
  3. Note the column LAST_UPDATE_DATETIME in the ITEM_LOC_SOH table.
  4. Note that it is updated with the VDATE value, not the SYSDATE.
