MDT Login Screen Does Nothing Due to Mobile Device OS Bug

We've had a number of MDTs come in from the field where, once the user id and password is filled in, and login is pressed, the password is blanked and nothing else happens on the screen.
You can fill in the password again and press the login and it gets blanked again and the exit button stops working at that point as well. This has been occurring for some time.
