Symptoms

Delegated Administrator 7 patch-10 has a new version of product documentation.

The installation instructions have the wrong download instructions.

Customers are most likely to notice this problem if they follow the install instructions to completion, and then realize that desired functionality from patch-10 is not available on their newly installed instance.
