Pin_collect Errors During Credit Card And Debit Card Payment

When running pin_collect for credit card and debit card pay types, there are errors in cm.pinlog. Also the pin_collect run with verbose shows error count as 1 for 'Number of data errors encountered'.
pin_collect works for credit card (ctp) or direct debit (rbc) every time but with the mentioned error in cm.pinlog. How to correct the errors?

1. Billing the accounts of pay_type direct debit/credit card
2. run pin_collect for pay_type direct debit/credit card.
pin_collect -all -pay_type 10003 -vendor ctp -verbose -start $TODAY
pin_collect -all -pay_type 10005 -vendor rbc -verbose -start $TODAY
