Symptoms

 

Executing batch jobs, after a few threads start "in-progress", the thread pool logs begin listing "oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Connection reset"

followed by:
" Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Exception occurred while getting connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Connection reset"

and "The root LoggedException was: Unexpected Pool Setup Exception"
