On : 12.1.3.9 version, Memory Based Planner

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In order to highlight the issue we ran a very small plan with a substitution chain.
We analyzed the situation with our sample data.
While doing the end item substitution, one of the lines of an Internal Transfer sales order is getting duplicated.

The sales order was for the Original Item but then the item got substituted with the Substitute Item. However, in msc_demands, even after the substitution there is a row for the original sales order item plus additional row for the substitute item. Now both these records are getting pegged to supplies.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Only the original item or the substitute item should show demand, not both.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, excess supply will be brought in fulfill double demands.
