Event Does Not Generate In Messaging Queue When Updating A Cost Field (Doc ID 1937002.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When updating a cost field, a P6 event is not getting generated even though The update Business Object setting for eventing is turned on in P6 the P6 Configuration.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When updating a cost field, a P6 event should get generated to the messaging queue.


EXAMPLE STEPS TO REPRODUCE ISSUE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps using the UDF Business Object:

a. Created the following Project UDFs: Text UDF & Cost UDF
b. Created the following Activity UDFs: Text UDF & Cost UDF
c, Added a text UDF value for a Project
d. Confirmed in Weblogic > Services > Messaging > JMS Module > $JMSModuleName > $QueueName > Monitoring tab an event was created
e. Updated the text UDF value for a Project
f. Confirmed in Weblogic > Services > Messaging > JMS Module > $JMSModuleName > $QueueName > Monitoring tab an event was created
g. Added a cost UDF value for a Project
h. Confirmed in Weblogic > Services > Messaging > JMS Module > $JMSModuleName > $QueueName > Monitoring tab an event was created
i. Updated the cost UDF value for a Project
j. Confirmed in Weblogic > Services > Messaging > JMS Module > $JMSModuleName > $QueueName > Monitoring tab an event was *not* created
k. Repeated steps c-j for an activity UDF as well
