AUT and Averify Fail With error:'IO Error: Socket Read Timed Out' on the New Database Server Machine (Doc ID 1937166.1)

AUT (Automated Upgrade Tool) and Averify fails to run with below error on the new Database Server machine:

Error

AUT:
%AUT_HOME%\config\aut.xml:96: Destination agile Connection details invalid. Pls correct before upgrade can proceed...IO Error: Socket read timed out

Averify:
IO Error: Socket read timed out

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

For AUT:

1. Refer to Doc ID 2179763.1 and downloaded the AUT
   
2. Install Oracle Database and Agile Database on the new server machine
   
3. Import Agile database schema dmp exported from production into a new Agile Database
   
4. Configure aut.properties
   
5. Execute the AUT, AUT is taking long time to run. Eventually it ends up with the error in AUT.log under %AUT_Home%\Logs

For Averify:

1. Refer to Doc ID 571832.1 and downloaded the Averify
   
2. Install Oracle Database and Agile Database on the new server machine
   
3. Import Agile database schema dmp exported from production into a new Agile Database
4. Configure averify.properties
   
5. Execute the Averify. Averify is taking long time to run. Eventually it ends up with the error in Averify.log under %Averify_Home%\Logs
