Symptoms

On : 6.1 version, HL7, the existing functionality of ITI-41 uses default timeout settings and does not provide a way to control it.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When ITI-41 is invoked, it calls ITI-42 to register a document. At the moment there is no way to control this web service call timeout.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
HTB to Inspect and use the webservice call timeout settings for the ITI-42.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Invoke ITI-41. It further invokes ITI-42 to register a document.

2. ITI-42 call never times out, it silently completes in the background.
