Unable To Get Calendar 7 Configured - "Unable to obtain the JMX connector port value" Error Returned (Doc ID 1937484.1)

Symptoms

Product: Calendar Server 7u4 - Oracle Version: 7.0.4.15.0

I installed Calendar Server 7.0.4.15.0.  Now, I am unable to get it configured - having trouble in the app server section. The following error is returned:
