Instrument or Transaction Allocation Runs Successfully But Shows Records Processed = 0

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
On Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 126.96.36.199 the view log status shows an incorrect number of Records Processed for allocations which do not post to LEDGER_STAT. The number of Records Processed is always 0.
Records Processed: 0 always shows 0 from the View Log screen.
The Allocation History screen does show the correct number of records.
Expect to see the same number of records processed in the Status -> View Log screen as from the Allocation History screen.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Profitability Management -> Rule Specification -> Allocation Specification
2. Select allocation with output to Instrument or Transaction table and see Status = 'Success', click status to bring up View Log screen
3. Check the Records Processed column for the Records Affected: #
This issue is only a user interface issue for the above screen.
