Request for Enhancement: Allow User to Perform Partial Resolution of Quantity/Cost Discrepancy in ReIM (Doc ID 1938189.1)

Last updated on MARCH 16, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Invoice Matching - Version 13.2.8 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Currently, Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) does not allow for saving the Cost/Quantity Resolution when the outstanding variance is non-zero and not within supplier level tolerance.  This needs to be allowed.   In such a case, the existing discrepancy will be resolved and a new discrepancy will be created with the outstanding variance, so that it can be resolved at a later point of time.
