Personal Searches Folder Is Empty, Even when Saved Searches Are Present (Doc ID 1939025.1)

Symptoms


Personal Searches folder is showing nothing, even if saved searches are present.
The issue occurs with a specified user.


1. Log into Web Client as a problem user
2. Create a search
3. Save it to a personal folder
4. On the left panel, under personal search folder, nothing saved, but we can see this search link in the Quick Link section
