Back Office Displays "An Unexpected Exception Occurred" Error if End Date is Not Selected in Adhoc Report

In Oracle Retail Back office , when attempting to generate Adhoc report the following error occurs.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Back Office with Valid Credentials.
2. Click on Reports tab.
3. Flash Sales report displays. Click on Adhoc button.
4. Select Run report by date range radio button.
5. Select any Start Date.
6. Click on View button.Application displays "An unexpected exception occurred." error.
