Order Getting Stuck In Amending - ORA-20084: Cannot move to the next task

Symptoms
When a task uses "calculate duration based on calendar" with a 'undo' action of "do nothing" OSM fails to undo a task with error "cannot calculate expected completion time" when no workgroup has 'undo' permission, even though the expected completion time should be immediate in this case.
In the log file you can see following error:
