Argus Safety Service BULK REPORT TRANSMIT E2B - Login to Business Server failed (Doc ID 1939506.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Argus Safety Version 6.0.7

Created a clone of the production environment.
All works fine but except the Argus Safety Service
Specifically the only active service BULK REPORT TRANSMIT E2B doesn't work, logs show:

 

22-Oct-2014, 12:38:18 >> BULK REPORT TRANSMIT E2B > "C:\Program Files\Oracle\Argus\Argus Safety\AGProc.exe BULK REPORT TRANSMIT E2B Bulk Report Transmit E2B" started.
22-Oct-2014, 12:38:42 >> BULK REPORT TRANSMIT E2B > Database is currently inaccessible to Argus.
22-Oct-2014, 12:38:42 >> BULK REPORT TRANSMIT E2B > Login to Business Server failed. Database: ABC. User: AGSERVICE1.
22-Oct-2014, 12:38:42 >> BULK REPORT TRANSMIT E2B > "C:\Program Files\Oracle\Argus\Argus Safety\AGProc.exe BULK REPORT TRANSMIT E2B Bulk Report Transmit E2B" stopped.


The only change applied in the cloned system is to rename the database alias at application server level to ABC just to differentiate the db name shown to the user at the Argus home page.
