"java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string" While Approving Manual Allocation Created from ASN Using Alphanumeric Characters

When attempting to approve a Manual Allocation based on an Advanced Shipment Notice (ASN) with alphanumeric characters, the following error occurs:
Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisite: Multi-level Distribution (MLD) 1 environment (i.e., "distribution_level=1" in the allocation.properties file)
1. Create a Manual Allocation with Source as an ASN containing alphanumeric characters.
2. Try to approve the Allocation.
