Do We Need to Re-Partition the Tables With Basic partitions After Upgrade (Doc ID 1939831.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 05, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.5.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Basic partitions (historic, last) exist for these tables and the is_partitioned column is 1 and partition_mode is 0 for these tables:

EVENT_BILLING_DISC_ACTION_T --> /event/billing/discount/action
EVENT_BILLING_ORDERED_GROUPS_T --> /event/billing/ordered_balgrp
EVENT_BILLING_DEAL_INFO_T --> /event/billing/deal
EVENT_BILLING_PRODUCT_ACTION_T --> /event/billing/product/action
EVENT_GROUP_SHARE_DISCOUNTS_T --> /event/group/sharing/discounts
EVENT_GROUP_SHARE_MEMBERS_T --> /event/group/sharing
EVENT_GROUP_SHARE_CHARGES_T --> /event/group/sharing/charges

If we set partition_mode to 1 and re-execute partitioning process, will these tables get partitioned with partition_mode set to 1?
