Logging in to ASAP Through Design Studio Or OCA Fails (Doc ID 1940056.1)

We cannot test connection with Design Studio, we get a connection error:

Despite the error, we can access WebLogic console, and ASAP server by ssh using different ports.

The same error occurred with the OCA login using the same <HOSTNAME>:<PORT> url. However, OCA login to another ASAP instance works fine.
