Goal

We had a question about standard Demantra collections for sales actuals from EBS to Demantra.

If a sales order line has order date type set to Arrival then the request date on the sales order line is a request arrival date. In that case will the collections program bring the sales record on the request arrival date or will it offset the request arrival date by some X days and bring over the requested ship date. If it does the offset what calculation does it use to determine the request ship date from the arrival date.

If the collections program does not do this adjustment of dates, we will need to do it as a customization but I wanted to check via the SR first.
