In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.1.x, when creating an external allocation involving a non-existent storem the following error appears.  The error message should be more specific and report that the store does not exist (e.g., "Store 9999 does not exist.").

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an allocation associated to a non-existing store.
  2. Send allocation to Retail Integration Bus (RIB) using the XAlloc external interface.
  3. Check the error message raised in RIB for the allocation: “Invalid store”.
