Information in this document applies to any platform.
During receiving process if any of the included item-location record is locked application does not show appropriate messages.
Steps To Recreate:
1) Block item-location rows in ITEM_LOC_SOH.
2) Create order to the same location with same items, ship it.
3) Try to receive it - see that no error occurs! System just stops to do nothing.
4) System won't respond - user have no ability to work with it further.
