Error Check Micofocus Server 64bit Leading Error 'Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform' (Doc ID 1941248.1)

In 64 bit, we instruct customers to set COBDIR to the win64 directory, e.g. "c:\MicroFocus\NetExpress5.1\Base\bin\win64"
Part of the validation searches for file called COBVER in COBDIR and COBDIR\bin. However, in some installations, it actually exists in c:\MicroFocus\NetExpress5.1\Base\bin. So we get installation errors.

Micro Focus Server Windows Issue with MF Server Windows 64:
Issue: Try to set the COBDIR to C:\MicroFocus\Server5.1\Bin\WIN64 (which is needed for 64 bit COBOL)

If reset the var to point to  C:\MicroFocus\Server5.1\Bin\WIN64, when try to reset the variables, get:
