Symptoms
CIBER records have been rejected with error: CIBER25.ASS_CIBER_EXT.SPECIAL_FEATURES_USED
With OOB CIBER, validation rule on the field SPECIAL_FEATURES_USED. When processed CIBER record with SPECIAL_FEATURES_USED field value ‘3E’ and ‘J3E’, the event data record (EDR) got rejected with the error “CIBER25.ASS_CIBER_EXT.SPECIAL_FEATURES_USED”:
As per the CIBER specifications, values '3E' and 'J3E' are valid Special Features Used values and the record should not be failed for validation.
