Symptoms

On Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 6.1.0.3, when running a Ledger to Instrument allocation having both debit and credit side, the credit side of the allocation generates incorrect results.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
It appears that the allocation multiplies the initial sum to be allocated with the number of rows updated in the instrument table. In this way, there are resulting larger sums written on the credit side.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When using Credit side results for a Percent distribution allocation, it is expected to find the exact same credit amount as written on the debit side but with reversed sign.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new percent distribution allocation with both credit and debit, source Ledger_Stat output to Instrument table.
2. Run the allocation
3. Check generated credit and debit balances.
