Symptoms

The Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) tool does not collect the exports of the control plans on the Service Management System (SMS) server.

This is an annoying issue as support engineers may ask for Control Plans (CP) in the course of the investigation, whereas these Control Plans could have been collected initially by running the RDA report.
