When processing CIBER files, records got rejected due to the 'CIBER25.ASS_CIBER_EXT.ORIG_BATCH_SEQ_NO' validation rule.
Per CIBER specification, 'ORIG_BATCH_SEQ_NO' expects the value in a range of <001 009>|<010 099>|<100 199>.
But when Batch Sequence Number value is '083', due to padding it removes leading zeros in the integer which triggers validation failure.
