Drill Back From OUBI To CCB Gives Error As Code In Report Has Http Rather Than Https (Doc ID 1942610.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 29, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Advanced Spatial and Operational Analytics - Version 2.4.0.0.0 to 2.4.0.0.0 [Release 2.4]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Writeback is configured in Oracle Utilities Advanced Spatial and Operational Analytics (OUASA) 2.4.0.4 Administration dashboard -> configuration.
A two-node server is in use with a load balancer. The load balancer link has https (not http).
The code in the Out of the box report Contact Details in Customer Analytics->Customer Contact-> Details tab is ''|| CD_ACCT.ACCT_INFO || '' .
Here, the link has http hard coded into it; whereas the link for CCB load balancer starts with "https".
Thus, drill Back from OUBI to CCB is giving an error since the code in report has http rather than https.
This problem does not occur if pointing to a single node server instead of the load balancer - since the single node link only has http (not https).
This is occurring wherever drill back is present in the out of the box reports.

ERROR

STEPS
1) Administration dashboard -> configuration report: set up CCB link through writeback
2) Refresh presentation services
3) Under Customer Analytics Customer details report, on clicking on the details, the hyperlink should take user to Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) page where user can see information in details. If the link has https, this is not happening.
