Application Error When Accessing to Home in Web Client After Modification of Workflow Routings Search

When attempting to login to Web Client or accessing to Home after login,
the following error occurs.

Application Error
This feature did not perform as expected. Please contact your Agile Administrator

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. Access to Home


 Workflow Routings search was edited to include "Has Attachment" attribute
