ATP Processing Error, ORA-06532: Subscript outside of limit, found in ATP Session File

On Oracle Global ATP Server 220.127.116.11, you are getting the ATP processing error when you check ATP on the Sales order line ,you are using ATO models and we have narrowed down that when you choose the specific component/operation we are getting the ATP process error. This has been working for us since a month and as for as we know there has been no change in the item attributes and BOM and Routing /resources.
The specific operation which has the issue is Welding operation which has the CTP enabled resource.
You are seeing this error for all the CTP enabled resources.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Order Management Responsibility
- Check ATP on Sales Order lines
It is heavily impacting testing and cross functional, other ATP issues testing. Sev1 SR's for other issues and backlog conversion.
