Goal

Question # 1 : Tbl_err_threshold entry includes Host_Clli, ASDL name, Threshold - When the threshold value is updated, can the value be refreshed without a restart?

Question # 2 : If the threshold reaches the count, then SARM sends signal to NEP to shutoff the connection to specific HOST NE. Will it generate an event?
Can this event be mapped to Alarm for notification?

Question # 3 : What table is referred by tbl_err_threshold to count the the number of errors in the specific ASDL?
