Unable to Process Orders Through JNEP And Orders Are Stuck In SARM (Doc ID 1943576.1)

Symptoms

The following issue was seen:

 1. Unable to process orders in JNEP, orders are stuck in SARM.

 2. JNEP and DAEMON diag files created in the location from where ASAP was started,  not in the $LOGDIR.
