Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) does not perform any validation on creation dates of parent and subordinate accounts. It allows the creation of subordinate accounts with dates prior to the creation of the parent account.
Is this a valid scenario? Please explain if there is any configuration that will impose such validation checks?
