Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Demantra Predictive Trade Planning - Version 12.2.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Worksheet

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When worksheets refresh, the focus record does not return to the top of the page
Promotion entry is done at Buying Group (location level) & Product Price Family (item level)

Let's say users create a new promotion for a price family that is at the bottom of the list and that's the only promotion existing for the entire buying group - promotion creates successfully but reverts back to first price family in the drop down list and the worksheets displays selected page item has no data.

This behavior is consistent irrespective of Drop down or Tree Selected in the worksheet. Anyway to make the worksheet go back to the price family where the recent promotion was last created?
Experiencing the issue only when a given worksheet combinations doesn't have any promotions prior to new promotion creation. If the promotion already exists for a combination, then the new promotion does not shift the fist combination but stays on the combination where promotion is created.
Issue happens on the settlement worksheet as well, after linking completes. Settlement gets linked but the cursor does not return to the account where the settlement was linked But returns to the first account on the worksheet.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect worksheet cursor to remain on the price family where the recent promotion was last created

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Demantra Collaborator Workbench
2. Open Worksheet
3. Create a new promotion for a price family that is at the bottom of the list
4. Promotion creates successfully but reverts back to first price family in the drop down list and the worksheets displays selected page item has no data.
