Issue With GTP Protocol (Doc ID 1944898.1)

Symptoms

On OCMC 6_0_0_b12099, there is an issue of GTP’ protocol.

When the output of the GTP CC node is full, no packets can be written but at the protocol level, the GTP CC node still sends successfully reply to the client at source.

Reproducible steps:
1. Place a HUGE file in file system to make the output directory of the CC node full (100% full)
2. Send (CGF) packets
3. Observed that from CGF – an error message showed file system full packets couldn’t be written to disk – BUT at the source CDF still received message from CGF - successful
4. This will cause data lost (packet lost)
