Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point-of-Service (ORPOS) 13.1.x, the MSR (Verifone MX 870) status shows as offline allthough the MSR device is working fine.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start POS application.
  2. Go to F3 Administration.
  3. Click on F4 Manager.
  4. Click on F3 System Status
