How To Delete a User's Personal AddressBook (Doc ID 1945110.1)

 We have a user who is unable to access their Personal AddressBook (PAB). They get errors such as:

   An error occurred during this operation
   The application is not configured properly. Contact your administrator.

The user has a very large AddressBook (over 4000 entries) and we suspect they have numerous corrupt entries which are causing the failure.  Due the size of the data, it is difficult to pinpoint any one or more entries which might be causing the problem.

The enduser is willing to start with fresh data.  How can we delete the user's PAB?
