Symptoms

On : 9.3.3.0 version, Instance Manager

When attempting to start application server the following error occurs.

notification task exception
weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDisabledException: Pool AgileContentPool is Suspended, cannot allocate resources to applications..
