Return Price of Not-On-File Item changes to 0.0 When Item is Returned from a Suspended/Retreived Transaction and Customer Is Linked (Doc ID 1945682.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point-Of-Service (ORPOS) 13.4.x, the return price of a not-on-file item changes to 0.0 when the item is returned from a suspended/retreived transaction and the customer is linked.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in into Point-Of-Service.
  2. Select Return, then No Receipt.
  3. Enter an item, select its reason code, and select Next.
  4. Suspend and retrieve this transaction.
  5. Select Customer and add/search a customer.
  6. Note that the return item price has changed to 0.0.
