Missing Cross-Connected Equipment Port Address Placeholder Details on CLR/DLR Design Lines (Doc ID 1945723.1)

Symptoms

When equipment is cross-connected to Port address placeholders, especially from Enabled Port Address,  the assignment process is not bringing in the Port Address Placeholder Cross-connected equipment details. This is causing issues in the design line generation and has to be fixed through back end.
